Product Overview

The DEENPU grease injection supply system pumps sealant grease to the grease injection control head on wireline lubricator installations, maintaining a grease column pressure above well pressure so braided line can enter or leave the well while it is live. Operating pressures range from 2000 to 15000 PSI with dedicated grease injection and grease return hoses.

The unit comprises a grease reservoir, positive displacement grease pump, pressure and volume controls, pressure gauges and the piping, valves and fittings needed to power and control the system — skid mounted and ready to connect.
