DEENPU Wireline Stems and Weight Bars — sinker bars, steel lead-filled tungsten-filled

Product Overview

DEENPU wireline stems (weight bars, sinker bars) provide the weight required to deliver jar impacts in wireline operations and to overcome the force created by well pressure acting on the wireline cross-section.

Available in solid steel, lead-filled (maximum weight in a given length, also dampens jar rebound) and tungsten-filled (maximum weight for the smallest OD in restricted wells). Roller stems reduce friction in deviated wells.

Key Features

  • Solid steel, lead-filled and tungsten-filled options
  • Roller stems for deviated well service
  • Sizes matched to jar and tool string program
  • Precise weight per foot for jar planning

Quality & Testing

Every DEENPU Wireline Stems & Weight Bars is manufactured under our API-compliant quality system: raw material traceability, 100% dimensional inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing and hardness verification before packing. Material certificates, inspection reports and API documentation are provided with shipment on request.

Applications

  • Jar impact delivery in slickline fishing
  • Overcoming well pressure on the line
  • Deviated well tool string conveyance (roller stems)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Lead-filled or tungsten-filled stem?

A: Lead-filled gives the most weight per length at lowest cost and dampens jar rebound; tungsten-filled gives the most weight at the smallest OD when casing/pipe restriction is the limit.

Q: What is a roller stem for?

A: In deviated wells, rollers convert sliding friction to rolling friction so more of the surface weight reaches the tool string.
