Product Overview
DEENPU 2 inch 5K manifold fittings are engineered for high-pressure oilfield flowline applications. The range includes full flow crosses, long sweep full-flow tees, long sweep tees, 45° and 90° long sweep ells, and long sweep Y fittings. These cast fittings are available with threaded LPT or butt weld end connections and are rated for working pressures up to 5,000 PSI. The long sweep geometry reduces flow turbulence and erosion, making them ideal for choke & kill lines, frac manifolds, and cementing systems.

Note: On butt weld fittings, the weld bevel is 37.5°. The O.D. and I.D. of weld end fittings match ANSI B36.10. Dimensions apply to both weld end and screwed end fittings. Letters correspond to the dimensional drawing for each fitting type.
Materials & Manufacturing
Castings are manufactured from ASTM A216 Grade WCC carbon steel, selected for excellent weldability and impact resistance in oilfield service. Bodies are machined to exceptional tolerances using single chucking on horizontal machining centers to ensure true alignment of all outlets and end connections.
Standards & Compliance
End connection dimensions conform to ANSI B36.10 for weld-end fittings and API line pipe specifications for threaded connections. Butt weld fittings are supplied with a 37.5° weld bevel. Hydrostatic testing is performed to at least 1.5 times the rated working pressure.

Inspection & Documentation
Every fitting is hydrostatically tested to a minimum of 1-1/2 times the rated working pressure. DEENPU provides material test reports, dimensional inspection reports, and hydrostatic test certificates on request. Traceability records are maintained for all pressure-retaining castings.
Packing & Delivery
Fittings are cleaned, preserved, and packed in robust wooden crates or export-standard cartons suitable for ocean and air freight. Threaded and weld-end protectors are fitted to prevent damage during transit. Packing lists and inspection documents are included with each shipment.
