DEENPU 5 inch 5K manifold fittings are designed for large-bore, high-pressure manifold systems used in fracturing, well testing, and production service. The range includes full flow crosses, long sweep full-flow tees, long sweep tees, 45° and 90° long sweep ells, 90° ells with 2 inch top outlet, 160° and 180° standpipe goosenecks, and long sweep Y fittings. All items in this size are rated at 5,000 PSI with butt weld schedule 160 or XXS ends.

Note: On butt weld fittings, the weld bevel is 37.5°. The O.D. and I.D. of weld end fittings match ANSI B36.10. 5 inch sizes are supplied with butt weld end connections only.
Materials & Manufacturing
Castings are manufactured from ASTM A216 Grade WCC carbon steel. Large 5 inch bodies are machined on horizontal machining centers for precise port alignment and uniform wall thickness.
Standards & Compliance
Weld-end dimensions conform to ANSI B36.10. Butt weld ends are supplied with a 37.5° bevel. Hydrostatic testing is performed to at least 1.5 times the rated working pressure.

Inspection & Documentation
Every fitting is hydrostatically tested to a minimum of 1-1/2 times the rated working pressure. DEENPU provides material test reports, dimensional inspection reports, and hydrostatic test certificates on request. Traceability records are maintained for all pressure-retaining castings.
Packing & Delivery
Fittings are cleaned, preserved, and packed in robust wooden crates or export-standard cartons suitable for ocean and air freight. Weld-end protectors are fitted to prevent damage during transit. Packing lists and inspection documents are included with each shipment.

Q: Are LPT threaded connections available for 5 inch fittings?
A: 5 inch 5K manifold fittings are supplied with butt weld SCH.160 or SCH.XXS end connections only. LPT threaded options are not available in this size due to pressure rating requirements.
Q: Can these fittings be used for sour gas service?
A: Yes. Sour gas service versions are available. Please specify H₂S service when requesting a quotation so we can confirm material grade and compliance.
Q: What testing is performed before shipment?
A: All manifold fittings are hydrostatically tested to at least 1.5 times the rated working pressure. Material and test certificates are available on request.
Q: How do I choose the right schedule for butt weld ends?
