Integral Blade Stabilizer – API 7-1
DEENPU Integral Blade Stabilizer is a one-piece forged downhole tool designed to centralize the drill string, maintain hole gauge, and minimize deviation in directional, horizontal, and vertical drilling operations. Manufactured from a single forged blank with no welded blades, the integral-body construction delivers superior torsional strength and fatigue resistance compared with welded-blade or replaceable-sleeve stabilizers.
Available in spiral and straight blade configurations, each stabilizer is hardfaced with tungsten carbide or HF1000 hardbanding for extended wear life in abrasive formations. Blades can be dressed with crushed carbide, PDC inserts, or diamond-enhanced inserts for hard and highly abrasive drilling environments.
