Product Overview

The DEENPU wireline stuffing box seals around the slickline at the top of the lubricator while the line is being run in or out of a live well. A hand-tightened pack-off compresses the packing element around the line; the integral sheave redirects the line to the floor block.

The light-weight design features a self-aligning sheave that follows line angle changes, reducing line wear and side load on the stuffing box. A composite-sheave version reduces weight further for manual rig-ups.

Q: Stuffing box or grease head — which do I need?

A: For slickline, a stuffing box normally suffices. For braided line, or higher pressure with larger line, a grease injection head is used — many stacks carry both.
