The DEENPU C-HD Spider Air Control System provides safe and reliable pneumatic operation of DEENPU C-HD air operated tubing spiders. The system consists of a foot-operated air control valve, reinforced air hose assemblies with quick-change couplings, and a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly that conditions the rig air supply before it reaches the spider air cylinder. All components are selected to match the operating pressure and flow requirements of Models B, C, CHD, F, and G spiders.

Air Control System Components Detail

TB200 Air Control Valve Assembly

The TB200 is a foot-operated 3/8″ ratchet-type air valve. It directs pressurized air to either side of the spider air cylinder, raising or lowering the slips as required. The ratchet mechanism holds the selected position without continuous foot pressure. Quick-change male hose couplings are fitted for fast connection to the TB300 hose assemblies, and a safety cover guard protects the valve from accidental damage on the rig floor.

TB200-R Repair Kit

The repair kit contains all seals, gaskets, and pins commonly required to rebuild a leaking or worn TB200 valve:

TB300-15 Air Hose Assembly

Each TB300-15 assembly is 15 feet (4.5 meters) long and complete with quick-change fittings. One assembly consists of one TB301-15 hose, two TB303 hose ferrules, two TB306 barbed hose stems, and two TB305 female quick-change couplings. DEENPU supplies these hose assemblies in sets of three to connect the rig air supply, FRL outlet, foot valve, and spider air cylinder.

TB400 FRL Assembly

The TB400 combines an air filter, pressure regulator with gauge, and lubricator in one compact assembly. It removes moisture and particulates from the rig air supply, regulates pressure to the value required by the spider model, and introduces a controlled amount of lubricating oil into the air stream to protect the valve and cylinder.

Materials & Manufacturing

The TB200 valve body is cast from aluminum or bronze alloy with hardened steel internal components and nitrile/Buna-N seals. Hose assemblies use oil-resistant reinforced rubber hose with carbon-steel barbed stems and brass quick-change couplings. The TB400 FRL unit features polycarbonate or metal bowls, adjustable regulator spring, and sintered bronze filter element.

How many TB300-15 hose assemblies are needed for one spider?
A typical installation requires three 15-foot hose assemblies: one from the rig air supply to the FRL, one from the FRL to the foot valve, and one from the foot valve to the spider air cylinder.

What air pressure should I set on the TB400 regulator?
Set the regulator to the operating pressure specified for your spider model: 35-45 PSI for Model B, 40-50 PSI for Models C/CHD, 60-80 PSI for Model F, and 250-300 PSI for Model G.

How often should the TB200-R repair kit be used?
The repair kit is used whenever the foot valve shows air leakage, sluggish operation, or ratchet failure. Preventive rebuild is recommended during annual maintenance.

Can I buy the hose fittings separately?
