Product Overview
DEENPU hammer unions are the fast, leak-tight way to join high pressure flowline pipe without threading, welding or special tools. The male sub, female sub and wing nut hammer up by hand and a strike of the hammer — the spherical metal-to-metal interface aligns and seals itself.
The full range is covered: Fig 100 for low pressure suction and transfer lines, Fig 200 / 206 (O-ring sealed) for air, water, oil and gas to 2000 PSI, Fig 602 for 5000 PSI service, Fig 1002 for 10000 PSI, and Fig 1502 with but-weld or integral ends for cementing and acid service to 15000 PSI. Subs are color coded per industry convention for instant figure identification.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between Fig 200 and Fig 206?
A: Same dimensions and rating (2000 PSI), but Fig 206 adds an O-ring on the spherical surface of the male sub for a leak-proof seal — preferred for gas service.
Q: Are unions interchangeable with other brands?
A: Yes, DEENPU hammer unions follow the industry-standard figure dimensions and interchange with WECO-style unions of the same figure number.
Q: Which figure for acidizing?
A: Fig 1502 with acid-service seal material is the standard choice for 15000 PSI acidizing and cementing discharge.
