DEENPU Integral Treating Irons — one piece with integral union ends, 15000 PSI

Product Overview

DEENPU integral treating irons are one-piece high pressure pipe sections with the wing union end connection machined integrally into the body — eliminating welds and threads from the pressure boundary. The result is a uniform bore, better flow characteristics and uniform heat treatment through the whole joint.

Available in carbon and alloy steel, in lengths up to 12 feet, for cold working pressures to 15000 PSI, with sour service (NACE) options. The wing nut detaches via a circlip for fast field disassembly and seal replacement.

Key Features

  • One-piece body — no welds, no threads in pressure boundary
  • Integral union ends, Fig 602 / 1002 / 1502
  • 15000 PSI CWP, lengths to 12 feet
  • Uniform heat treatment, superior structural quality
  • Circlip-retained nut for easy disassembly
  • Sour service NACE MR0175 option

Quality & Testing

Every DEENPU Integral Treating Irons is manufactured under our API-compliant quality system: raw material traceability, 100% dimensional inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing and hardness verification before packing. Material certificates, inspection reports and API documentation are provided with shipment on request.

Applications

  • High pressure discharge and treating lines
  • Well testing and flowback manifolds
  • Choke and kill lines
  • Water injection and abrasive service lines

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why integral ends instead of welded unions?

A: Welds and threads are stress concentrators in the pressure boundary. Integral ends remove them completely, giving higher fatigue life and uniform heat treatment — critical for 10000+ PSI service.

Q: Can treating irons be used on sour wells?

A: Yes, NACE MR0175 compliant material and hardness control are available.
