Surface BOP Control System Overview

DEENPU offers a complete Surface BOP (Blowout Preventer) Control System designed for reliable well control in oil and gas drilling operations. The system provides rapid, fail-safe hydraulic actuation of BOP stack functions including annular preventers, pipe rams, blind rams, and choke/kill lines.

Built to API 16D standards, compatible with surface BOP stacks rated 3,000 to 5,000 PSI working pressure. Each system is custom-configured to match your rig specifications.

System Components

• Accumulator Bottles & Racks – Nitrogen pre-charged bladder accumulators with isolation valves and bleed valves
• Control Valve Manifold – Sub-plate mounted 4-way control valves for each BOP function
• Pump Skid – Duplex or triplex positive displacement pumps (5-60 HP) with electric motor drive
• Hydraulic Regulators – Annular and manifold pressure regulators (0-2,000 / 0-3,500 PSI)
• Pressure Switches – Hydro-electric and hydro-pneumatic switches for auto pump start/stop
• Air Supply System – Air filter, lubricator, pressure gauge, and pneumatic plumbing
• Instrumentation – Pressure gauges, transmitters, and digital meters
• Remote Control Panels – Air-operated or electric remote panels with function nameplates
• Enclosures – Class 1 Division 1 or Division 2 rated for hazardous areas
