DEENPU 5 inch 8K manifold fittings are built for ultra-high-pressure well service applications, including modern fracturing and stimulation operations. These heavy-wall fittings are manufactured from high-strength alloy casting material and are rated for 8,000 PSI working pressure. The range includes full flow crosses, long sweep full-flow tees, long sweep tees, 45° and 90° long sweep ells, and 160° standpipe goosenecks with top outlet, all with SCH.XXS butt weld ends.

Materials & Manufacturing

Castings are manufactured from ASTM A487 Grade 4D Modified high-strength alloy steel, selected for superior tensile and impact properties at ultra-high pressures. Bodies are precision-machined to exceptional tolerances for reliable field performance.

Standards & Compliance

Weld-end dimensions conform to ANSI B36.10. SCH.XXS butt weld ends are supplied with a 37.5° bevel. Hydrostatic testing is performed to at least 1.5 times the 8,000 PSI rated working pressure (12,000 PSI test).

Inspection & Documentation

Every fitting is hydrostatically tested to a minimum of 1-1/2 times the rated working pressure (12,000 PSI test). DEENPU provides material test reports, dimensional inspection reports, and hydrostatic test certificates on request. Traceability records are maintained for all pressure-retaining castings.

Packing & Delivery

Fittings are cleaned, preserved, and packed in robust wooden crates or export-standard cartons suitable for ocean and air freight. Weld-end protectors are fitted to prevent damage during transit. Packing lists and inspection documents are included with each shipment.

Q: Why are 8K fittings only available in SCH.XXS?

A: The 8,000 PSI working pressure requires the thickest possible wall for butt weld ends. SCH.XXS provides the maximum wall thickness needed for safe operation at ultra-high pressures.

Q: Can I get 5"x6" end connections on 8K fittings?

A: Yes, 5"x6" 8K butt weld end connections are available on request. Please specify this when requesting a quotation.

Q: What hydrostatic test pressure is applied?

A: All 8K fittings are hydrostatically tested to at least 12,000 PSI (1.5 times the 8,000 PSI rated working pressure). Test certificates are available on request.
