The DEENPU C-HD Air Operated Tubing Spider is a heavy-duty pneumatic spider designed for handling tubing, casing, and drill pipe on rotary tables and workover rigs. Each spider body is engineered with a hinged gate for quick tubular entry, alloy-steel heat-treated slips, and replaceable inserts to match the specific pipe OD. What is the difference between Model C and Model CHD?
Both share the same base dimensions and bowl opening, but Model CHD is built with heavier components and is rated for 250,000 lbs versus 165,000 lbs for Model C.

Can the C-HD spider be converted from air to manual operation?
Yes, the air cylinder can be removed and the spider can be operated manually using the lifting arms and foot pedals in emergency or low-air-supply conditions.

Are replacement slips and inserts available separately?

What air pressure is needed?
