Product Overview

The DEENPU TC600-FCR Full Circle Slip Body with FCI (Full Circle Insert) system is a high-capacity slip assembly used with DEENPU C-HD air operated tubing spiders and other “Advance” style spiders. The full-circle design provides 360-degree contact around the tubular, distributing load evenly and reducing damage to pipe surfaces during running and pulling operations. Three standard slip-body sizes cover tubing and casing diameters from 1.315″ through 4.500″ OD, with individual insert sets matched to the exact pipe OD.

The modular insert system allows rig crews to change pipe sizes quickly by swapping insert sets rather than the entire slip assembly, reducing rig-floor inventory and downtime.

Materials & Manufacturing

TC600-FCR slip bodies are investment-cast or forged from high-strength low-alloy steel and heat-treated to provide a tough core with a wear-resistant surface. FCI inserts are machined from alloy steel, case-hardened to grip tubing securely without excessive biting, and precision-ground to match API pipe diameters. Retaining pins and cotter pins are manufactured from spring steel and plated for corrosion resistance.

How do I select the correct FCI insert?
Match the insert part number to the nominal OD of the tubing or pipe. For example, TC651-2.063×1.315 is used for 1.315″ OD tubing with the TC600-FCR-1 body.

Can I use FCI inserts in a standard segmented slip?
No. FCI inserts are designed specifically for the TC600-FCR full-circle slip body. Segmented slip bodies use different insert styles.

How many inserts are in one set?
Each insert set (part number starting with TC651 or TC650) is supplied as one complete set for the specified pipe OD.

What is included in a complete TC600-FCR assembly?
A complete assembly includes one slip body, one insert set matched to pipe OD, four TB116 bolts, four TB117 nuts, four TC601 retaining pins, and four TC602-S cotter pins.

Do you supply button or chevron inserts?
Yes. In addition to full-circle FCI inserts, DEENPU can supply button inserts, chevron inserts, and strip inserts on request.
